These terms cover early-access Making Tax Digital (MTD) onboarding via Nixbin (nixbin.com) and related filing software (including MTD Hub).
1. Early access. The service is early-access software. It is not HMRC itself and is not claimed as HMRC production software recognition or Software Choices listing until that status is granted and published.
2. Your responsibilities. You remain responsible for the accuracy of records you enter, tax references you provide, and filings made to HMRC. Quarterly updates send figures only and do not pay tax. Year-end Self Assessment may be completed in the hub when available or on GOV.UK, per your Profile preference.
3. Access. Package access starts after admin approval. Payment terms apply when billing is enabled.
4. Acceptable use. Do not misuse Government Gateway credentials, attempt unauthorised access, or submit knowingly false information to HMRC through the service.
5. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the published version.Invoicing terms and the site cookie policy are separate documents under Admin → Contracts.
